Surf Excel orders are delivered free to serviceable Indian PIN Codes. Delivery is estimated at 2–7 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping does not affect Referral Cashback eligibility; any valid paid Surf Excel product order qualifies without a minimum purchase amount. Check the delivery estimate at checkout and confirm receipt only after the complete order arrives. If an order is delayed or arrives incomplete, contact customer support with the order number.
